O3A’s Mobile Services Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to award funding to successful applicants to provide mobile food delivery services to remote/underserved areas with priorities given to providers able to include non-food supply delivery and/or resource connection to underserved areas of Clallam, Grays Harbor, Jefferson and Pacific counties. Funds may be used to expand existing services or create new ones to meet the goal.
