Project Description: 

The work proposed includes all the necessary *permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items to construct improvements to the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office (additive alternate) per the bid documents, located within the Medical Examiner’s Office located at 3619 Pacific Avenue, Tacoma, WA., 98418.
* Pierce County will pay fees for the General Building Permit and Plan Review for this project. The Contractor is responsible for any specialty or other permits required for this project and shall include such fees in their bid.
