THE PROJECT WILL BE AN 8-STORY BUILDING, APPROX. 118,000 SF WITH 5 LEVELS OF TYPE 3A CONSTRUCTION AND 3 LEVELS OF TYPE 1A CONSTRUCTION. THIS AFFORDABLE MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING PROJECT WILL CONSIST OF 157 UNITS WITH STUDIO, 1-BEDROOM, 2-BEDROOM AND 3-BEDROOM CONFIGURATIONS, AN ON-GRADE COURTYARD AND GENERAL AMENITY SPACES. STREET FRONT RETAIL AND LIVE/WORK UNITS WILL BE LOCATED AT THE STREET FRONTAGES. PARKING AND BUILDING SERVICES WILL BE LOCATED ALONG THE ALLEY.

Pre-Bid Meeting & Site Walkthrough.
A pre-bid meeting and site walkthrough will be held on Thursday, January 30 at 402 S Lucile Street. Attendance is highly recommended to ensure a full understanding of project requirements.
