REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

Notice is hereby given that proposals will be received by McKinstry for:

RFP Name: King County IBE Vehicle Maintenance Building

The complete RFP, including all submittal requirements may be viewed online at: https://www.buildingconnected.com/ (Building Connected Project #207213-004). Proposals to be submitted electronically via Building Connected. Bid Due Date: February 27, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. PT.

Proposals submitted after the due date and time may not be considered. Proposers accept all risks of late delivery of submitted proposals regardless of fault.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

Vehicle Maintenance Building modifications including structural upgrades, concrete footings, bridge crane procurement & installation, electrical, and other supporting activities.

During the proposal process, all questions regarding this proposal should be directed to Tim Erb (timer@mckinstry.com) via Building Connected. No communication shall be made with King County Metro or the project design team personnel unless in case of an emergency. If you decide not to furnish a proposal for this project for any reason, please notify McKinstry by e-mail.

McKinstry will award subcontracts to the winning bidders on the project. Contract award will be based on completeness of bid and assessment of best value to the owner.
