Subject: Solicitation Notice – Intercept Services RFQ-25-DCYF-CW-083

Intercept is an evidenced-based intensive in-home parenting skills program used to safely prevent children from entering out-of-home care or to reunify them with family as quickly as possible if a period of out-of-home care is necessary (this includes, but is not limited to, foster care, residential treatment, or group home settings).

All bidders must meet the following minimum qualifications:

1. Must be licensed to do business in the State of Washington or provide a commitment that it will become licensed in Washington within thirty (30) days of being selected as the Apparent Successful Bidder (ASB).

2. Must be pre-certified by Youth Villages to provide Intercept services at the time proposal is submitted and include a copy of the certification in their response.

3. Must propose delivery of Intercept services in Spokane and/or King counties.

4. Must have a qualified Program Lead currently employed at their organization at the time proposal is submitted

The RFQ will be issued on February 3, 2025, and responses will be due on March 17, 2025. This solicitation and all its amendments are posted in the Washington’s Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS) system. WEBS can be accessed at https://fortress.wa.gov/ga/webs/.
