This project has a Project Labor Agreement
Extending the existing cruise shore power system on Pier 91 at Terminal 91 and Pier 66 at Bell Harbor Cruise Terminal to provide maximum flexibility of the system to accommodate the greatest number of known and potential cruise ships shore power configurations. All home ported cruise ships must be able to connect to shore power by 2027.
