NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received at the office of the Clark Regional Wastewater District, 8000 N.E. 52nd Court, Vancouver, Washington 98665, until 10:00 a.m., P.S.T. on Thursday, March 20, 2025, for the Salmon Creek Treatment Plant SCTP Lighting Replacement, Discovery Clean Water Alliance Project No. 93-2023-0057, and then publicly opened and read via a live Go-To-Meeting link at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 20, 2025. PROJECT SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION

• Provide all materials required for this Project
• Replace existing light fixtures with low energy fixtures.
• Replace existing light hand switches, OH door control stations, and covers
• Replace HOA exterior lighting control with timers/contactor panels.
• Replace FRP light poles with aluminum poles
• Add conduit seal offs at selected locations
• Provide quantities of spare light fixtures listed
• Other work as shown on the drawings or required to complete the work of this Project.

The Board of Sewer Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, accept a proposal of the lowest responsible bidder, reject any or all bids, republish the call for bids, revise or cancel the work, or require the work to be done in another way if the best interest of the District is served. Award of contract is not anticipated to occur prior to Tuesday, April 8, 2025.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 11:00 AM. All participants shall meet at the Gene Fix Operations Center at Salmon Creek Treatment Plant, 15100 NW McCann Rd., Vancouver, WA 98685.

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the District.
