Wylie to Suncrest Drive Waterline Project
This project is funded by Stevens PUD and is subject to all applicable state laws and regulations. All work performed on this project will be subject to Washington State prevailing wage rates.
INVITATION TO BID
The Stevens Public Utility District #1 (PUD) is requesting bids for the construction of the Wylie to Suncrest Drive Waterline Project in Suncrest, WA. The project is located adjacent to SR 291 from Wylie Drive to Suncrest Drive. Bids will be received at the office of Stevens PUD, at the front desk located in the Stevens PUD Administration Building, 3962 B Hwy 292, Loon Lake, Washington. 99148 until 3:00 pm on March 27, 2025. Bids will be opened and read publicly immediately following the close of bid receipt. No late or faxed bids will be accepted.
There will be non-mandatory pre-bid conference for this project on March 20, 2025 at 3:00 pm at the intersection of Wylie Drive and SR 291. Bidders may also visit the site to view the existing conditions.
The project includes connecting to existing water mains near Wylie Drive and Suncrest Drive and the construction of approximately 3,000 linear feet of 12” C-900 PVC waterline to intertie the existing water mains. Fire hydrants, services and other appurtenances are included in the construction.

Bids must be submitted on the forms provided with the Contract Documents. A 5% bid bond is required. 100% performance and payment bonds will be required from the successful contractor. The contractor must be capable of meeting all insurance and bonding requirements.
The PUD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, and in its sole judgment, accept the bid which it deems is in its best interest.
