Special Schedule Consideration: Work below the Ordinary High-Water Line may begin on July 1, 2025 and must be complete by September 30, 2025.

Project Description: Improvement of SR 104 between MP 31.15 & 31.30, in King County, to remove the existing culvert & other obstructions & replacing with a fish passable structure. The work includes temp traffic control, utilities relocation, clearing, grubbing, contaminated material removal, temp erosion & sediment control, temp stream diversion, excavation, removal of hazardous material & underground storage tanks, building demo, storm sewer, waterline relocation, sanitary sewer relocation, stream grading, precast reinforced concrete three sided structure, grading, paving, planning, pavement markings, sidewalk & driveway entrance, roadside restoration, & planting & other work.

Subcontractor/Supplier Opportunities Include (but are not limited to): clearing & grubbing, asbestos removal, building & tank demolition, concrete flatwork, dewatering, electrical, fencing, guardrail, HMA paving, landscaping, HMA planing, striping, survey, material hauling & disposal, and material testing. As well as the supply of ready-mix concrete, pipe/utilities/precast structures, aggregate, permanent signage, and large woody debris supply & install.

JCC encourages bids from all subcontractors and suppliers including Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE’s), for any item of work, or portion of an item, or combination thereof related to this project.
