TRIBUTARY TO HELL ROARING CREEK CULVERT REPLACEMENT
Electronic bids for the Tributary to Hell Roaring Creek Culvert Replacement project will be received by KPFF Consulting Engineers at laceybidbox@kpff.com until 3:00 p.m. on the date listed below. The subject line shall clearly state “BID PROPOSAL for Tributary to Hell Roaring Creek Culvert Replacement.”
The project is located on Upper Hoh Road in Jefferson County, WA. The contract requires the contractor to replace one fish barrier culvert with a contractor designed concrete box culvert and associated roadwork. Work also includes, but is not limited to: temporary stream diversion, construction dewatering, clearing & grubbing, excavation, contractor designed welded wire wingwalls, streambed construction, paving, and pavement markings.
The estimated cost range for the project is $1,240,000 - $1,440,000.

Contract Award will take into consideration both price and non-price factors that provide the best value to Trout Unlimited to provide the services specified along with qualifications, experience of the contractor, and the Owner’s budget capacity.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on site on March 19, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
The deadline for RFI’s is March 27, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
Proposals are due by April 8, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
