City of Shoreline RFQ1305112 Concept and Schematic Design for Shoreline Pool Facility

Submit no later than April 4, 2025, 2:00 p.m. Pacific Local Time

Pursuant to RCW 39.80, the City of Shoreline, Washington (City) is soliciting a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) from firms or individuals interested in providing architect, landscape architect, and engineer teams to provide site planning, concept design, and schematic design services for a possible new Shoreline Pool Facility of approximately 35,000 to 48,000 square feet to be located in the City of Shoreline.

The awarded contract is anticipated to not exceed $150,000. The total project budget is estimated to be up to $100 million. An optional information meeting will be held March 18, 2025, via Zoom from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. The complete RFQ, including submittal requirements and evaluation criteria is located on the City website at: https://www.shorelinewa.gov/government/departments/administrative-services/bids-rfps.

The City of Shoreline, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
