Project work generally consists of the following: Expanding services to the Port of Pasco PSC Terminal. The expansion includes:

1.    BASE BID: Larger outbound baggage facility/system (BHS), Restroom, Gate 2 Expansion, and associated work items including all underground and utilities work for the Gate 2 passenger boarding bridges (included in ABI #1) 

2.    ALERNATE BID ITEM #1 (ABI-1): Two (2) Passenger Boarding Bridges at Gate 2

3.    ALTERNATE BID ITEM #2 (ABI-2): Gate 5 Addition, including one (1) Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) 

Work items generally consist of: airport terminal building construction, concrete building foundation, building electrical, plumbing, mechanical, building finishing, passenger boarding bridges (ABIs), removal of concrete and asphalt pavements, concrete and asphalt paving, subbase course, crushed aggregate base course, pavement markings, storm drain pipe, manholes, chain-link fence, underground power cable, and conduit.

There are two (2) alternate bid items listed above: Refer to Sheet G-012 for comprehensive graphical information. Qualified bidders are required to provide bids for Base Scope and for each alternate bid item (ABIs) separately.

A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held in the Terminal Building upstairs conference room at Tri-Cities Airport, 3601 North 20th Avenue, Pasco, Washington 99301 on Thursday, March 13 at 2:00 PM, local time. Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend. Prospective bidders wishing to participate in the call should contact Charles Field at charles.field@meadhunt.com to receive call-in information. Prospective bidders interested in visiting the site may schedule an appointment with the Airport by calling Tri-Cities Airport (PSC) at (509) 547-6352.

Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:
1.    Bid Date: Wednesday, April 16, 2025
2.    Bid Time: 1:00 PM Local Time
3.    Location: Tri-Cities Airport (PSC) Administration Office located inside the passenger terminal building, 3601 N. 20th Avenue, Pasco, Washington, 99301
