Request for Proposal (RFP) No. PW 25-0001 - Call for Artists

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Woodinville will receive bids until 4:00 pm on May 9, 2025, for an official Call for Artists for the 133rd Ave Roundabout Illuminated Sculpture Project.

All bids must be submitted to Chista Kouretchian, Contracts Manager, at ChistaK@ci.woodinville.wa.us. A hard copy may also be hand delivered or mailed to City Hall at 17301 133rd Avenue NE Woodinville, WA 98072, Attn: Chista Kouretchian. If sent by mail, the responsibility of the on-time delivery is upon the Artist. Faxed proposals are not accepted.

Late proposals will not be considered. The City of Woodinville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals at its sole discretion.
