City of Woodinville Procurement Roster Annual Notice
This is the City of Woodinville’s annual post requesting that businesses create a profile on its procurement roster system the Shared Procurement Portal which uses Public Purchase as the roster and solicitation management system. The free subscription to Public Purchase includes access to 7 local agencies that use the platform! It allows for email notifications of live/posted solicitations and electronic solicitation submittals.
Businesses interested in being notified of any future project opportunities may apply at any time by going to www.sharedprocurementportal.com. Click on the “Vendor Registration” link and follow the 2-step process. Architecture & engineering firms are required to upload their latest Statement of Qualifications to their profiles. All businesses are required to include in their profiles any applicable licenses, certifications, registrations, bonding, and insurance as required by RCW 39.04.350.
Public Purchase houses the rosters for businesses representative of Small Works (RCW 39.04.151, 152), Construction, Professional Services/Architecture & Engineering (RCW 39.80.030), Purchased Services, General Services, Legal Services, Information Technology, and Supply/Equipment Vendors.
Businesses certified with the Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises, including small businesses and businesses certified with the Department of Veterans Affairs, are highly encouraged to create a profile and must include their certification status on their profiles.
The City of Woodinville, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to any advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to invitations and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI has a right to file a formal complaint.
