Project Description: 

The project consists of demolition and replacement of existing wood ramps, new roof canopies, demolition and replacement of mechanical units, demolition and replacement of exterior lighting, and various other exterior building envelope improvements. The work includes but is not limited to the following scope:
1. Demolition of existing gutters and replacement of gutters.
2. Miscellaneous flashing and sheet metal work.
3. Replacement of wood cladding and trim.
4. Replacement of exterior envelope sealants.
5. Prepping and painting of all of the building's exterior surfaces.
