Main Building East Wing Renovation
Submittal Date: May 13, 2025 Prior to 2:00 PM PT
GC/CM firms are invited to submit their qualifications for the development and construction of the Spokane Community College Main Building East Wing Renovation. Proposers shall become familiar with the requirements of the Request for Qualifications and all the Articles and Attachments included therein.
An estimated Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) will be added by addendum.
PROJECT SCOPE
Renovation of the existing Main building East Wing will create a new campus entry and student services experience. The project is 100 percent locally funded.
INFORMATIONAL MEETING AND SITE TOUR
A non-mandatory informational meeting and site walk is scheduled for Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM PT, in the Main Building, Spokane Community College, Spokane, Washington. Please see the RFQ/RFP for additional information.

To qualify for review, submittals are required to be electronically submitted to FPS prior to May 13, 2025, before 2:00 PM PT.
Prevailing Wages apply for Spokane County, and apprenticeship participation is required on this project.
