Description of work: Reconstruct existing I-5 NB Off Ramp and On Ramp to connect to new intersections with Port of Tacoma Road and 34th Ave E. Build a new bridge on 34th Ave E over I-5. Extend existing waterline along 34th Ave E across new bridge. Other work in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions and Standard Specifications.
