Scope: Redevelopment of the Redmond Maintenance & Operations Center (RMOC), located at 18080 NE 76th St, Redmond, WA. The RMOC serves as the central hub for essential city maintenance and operational activities, including roads, utilities, fleet management, parks maintenance, and public facilities. The City is undertaking a full-site redevelopment of the existing 9-acre RMOC campus to enhance operational efficiency, increase facility capacity, and integrate sustainable infrastructure solutions.
