Request for Qualifications

On-Call Architectural Services Required for Project No. 2025-828: On-Call Campus Architect(s) for Skagit Valley College, Bellingham Technical College, and Whatcom Community College located in Bellingham, Washington.

Informational Meetings: There is a virtual informational meeting scheduled for Thursday April 24, 2025 at 1:00 PM PT. Please see the RFQ for additional information.

Refer to the DES website for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments.

To qualify for review, submittals are required to be uploaded to, and date/time stamped by FPS (Bonfire) prior to 2:00 PM PT on May 8, 2025.
