Jefferson PUD (JPUD) seeks a qualified electrical contractor to install EV charging infrastructure at its Operations Center, located at 310 Four Corners Road, Port Townsend, WA. The project includes the installation of three (3) dual-port Level 2 EV charging pedestals (six charging ports total) and three (3) stub-outs for future expansion.  The project must be complete by May 30, 2025.

The contractor shall be fully responsible for all supervision, labor, traffic control, tools and equipment necessary to complete the project described in this Request for Quotation document.

This project is funded through the Washington Electric Vehicle Charging Program (WAEVCP).  

Small, Minority and Woman-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids.

There will be a voluntary pre-bid meeting Tuesday, April 21, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at 310 Four Corners Road, Port Townsend, WA. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY OPPORTUNITY FOR CONTRACTORS TO MEET WITH PUD PERSONNEL ON SITE PRIOR TO THE BID DUE DATE.
