They may be viewed and downloaded free of charge by accessing American Reprographics Company (ARC) Tacoma’s plan room at www.e-arc.com/Tacoma: scroll down and select “Enter Public Plan room” under the Plan rooms heading. Contact Arc Documents Solutions with any questions or to be added to the Plan holders List. Questions and substitutions requests are to be submitted no later than April 28, 2025. Clarifications will be included in Addenda. Bidders shall be bound by their bids for (45) calendar days following the bid opening

SCOPE: Modernization of approximately 8,600 sf of existing school building, and multipurpose building, and new gymnasium building. Sitework includes parking and driveway improvements, field drainage, upgraded ADA paths, perimeter fencing and security cameras. Septic work is limited to tie-ins for new plumbing fixtures. PRE-BID

CONFERENCE / WALK-THROUGH: a PRE-Bid Conference will be held at 3:30 pm on Thursday April 24, 2025, at the Project Site, address. Representatives for the Owner and the Architect will be in attendance and available to answer questions. To be eligible to bid, all bidders must physically inspect the premises and familiarize themselves with all existing conditions.
