Informational Meetings: There will be a virtual informational meeting scheduled for April 30, 2025. Please review the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for additional information.

Refer to the DES Bonfire Hub for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments.

If a firm does not have access to the internet, a copy of the information will be mailed after emailing Ryan Grimes at ryan.grimes@des.wa.gov or call 360.819.6937.

To qualify for review, submittals are required to be uploaded to, and date/time stamped by FPS (Bonfire) prior to 2:00 PM PT on May 15, 2025.
