Invitations to Bid were sent to all Contractors who are signed up on the City of Bainbridge Island "New Construction - General" and "Residential - General" MSRC rosters. 

Site work including clearing, grading, footing placement; power, water, sewer, and storm connections, concrete steps with railing, and HMA parking pad for a manufactured home that will be delivered by the manufacturer.  The site is located at 301 Madrona Way NE, Bainbridge Is., WA 98110.
