NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:
Van Zandt Community Hall Renovations and Additions
UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, May 20, 2025
At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom) and read aloud. All Bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present at the live bid opening via Zoom, as more completely described herein. Late submittals will not be considered.
Whatcom County Parks and Recreation is requesting sealed bids for the Van Zandt Community Hall Renovations and Additions project, located in Deming, Washington. This project includes but is not limited to the renovations, demolition, and additions to existing Van Zandt Community Hall, together with associated civil and site development work, and other work as further described in the bid documents.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site, 4106 State Rt. 9, Valley Hwy, Deming, WA 98244, and is scheduled for 1:30 PM, Monday, May 12, 2025. Award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
