Skagit Transit Employee Assistance Program
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) ADVERTISEMENT
The agency seeks to procure the services of a qualified vendor to administer and maintain a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all its employees including their immediate family members and members of their household. The agency’s workforce consists of represented and non-represented employees with a current population of 156 employees. We will contract for a 3-year initial period with 2 one-year options to extend for a total potential contract period of 5 years.
Skagit Transit’s procurement Division will accept sealed proposals on or before the RFP due date of 6/2/2025 not later than 2:00pm Pacific Time at the Skagit Transit Business Office at 600 County Shop Lane, Burlington, WA 98233 for:

Skagit Transit reserves the right to cancel or postpone the RFP opening, reject any, and all proposals, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid, or parts thereof.
