Grays Harbor Transit RFQ (SOQ) GHT-2025-001

Grays Harbor Transportation Authority (GHTA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Architectural and Engineering (A&E) firms to provide planning, environmental documentation, and final design services for a renovation of its Maintenance and Operations Facility in Hoquiam, WA. The selected firm will lead the development of a complete Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) package for a future federally funded construction phase.

The project includes environmental compliance (NEPA/SEPA), coordination with WSDOT and FTA, and design of various facility improvements including a new building for the Facility Maintenance Department, site drainage and pavement reconstruction, upgrades to stormwater systems, structural improvements to existing buildings, and relocation of underground utility features. The project will follow a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) delivery model.

Proposer(s) are responsible to register in WEBS and download the GHT-2025-001 solicitation documents to receive automatic email notification or any future Addenda.

Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting is May 22, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at 705 30th St, Hoquiam, WA 98550

Hard copy submittals are due no later than June 13, 2025 @ 5:00 pm
