Lewis County, Washington is seeking bids for the Lewis County Permanent Shelter – ROW Improvements project, Project ID: Shelter_Frontage. This is a call for bids for frontage improvements at 2015 NE Kresky Ave and 2025 NE Kresky Ave in Chehalis, Washington as part of siting a new permanent night-by-night homeless shelter at the first of those addresses. Improvements will include curb, gutter, sidewalk, a bus pullout, and some drainage and other infrastructure noted in the plans and specifications. The permitting jurisdiction is the City of Chehalis; Lewis County is the project proponent and owner of both of the above-listed addresses.

SEALED BIDS MUST BE DELIVERED BY OR BEFORE 5PM ON JUNE 4, 2025. (Bids submitted after 5PM Pacific Time will not be considered for this project.)
