WSDOT’s Business Support Services Program assists in the growth and self-sufficiency of Office of Minority and Women Business Enterprise (OMWBE) -certified firms participating in work specialties related to the highway construction and consulting industry. The services provided through the Business Support Services Program are free of charge to firms determined eligible to participate by WSDOT.

The BDO will be responsible for determining program eligibility, assessing business needs, providing direct assistance, pairing firms with appropriate subject matter expert consultants, assessing the quality of service, monitoring training objectives, acting as a liaison between sub-consultants and eligible firms, and tracking assistance, expenditures, and demographic data.
