Hoffman Construction Company, General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) for the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant Enhancements Project (“Project”) being performed for Port of Seattle (“Owner”) requests qualifications for Bid Packages: MC/CM, EC/CM & SC/CM (Earthwork & Utilities)
A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 20, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Hoffman Construction Company of Washington’s Seattle Office, 600 Stewart Street, Suite 1000, Seattle, WA. Proposers may also join via Teams Meeting. The Teams link and/or call-in information can be access at www.hoffmancorp.com/trade-partners. Although not mandatory, it is highly encouraged that all interested firms attend this meeting.
Respond to each of the items outlined in the Request for Qualifications in a clear and concise manner. Responses must be in the same order as listed in the RFQ, clearly separated with tabs and labeled by response. The Statement of Qualifications shall be in 8-1/2” x 11” format; one electronic copy (not exceeding 25MB in size) emailed in a single file to Bids@hoffmancorp.com no later than 2:00 p.m., June 5, 2025. Please limit submittals to 10 pages maximum, (min 10 pt. font) excluding the cover letter, tabs and forms A, B & the Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire. Double sided pages shall count as two pages. A completed Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire including latest year-end safety and financial information must accompany the proposal unless previously submitted. Questionnaire may be attached as a separate file or submitted separately. Elaborate proposals or the inclusion of non-essential information e.g. marketing/promotional material, safety manuals etc. is strongly discouraged. Proposals that are materially incomplete, do not include current Questionnaire with latest year-end safety and financial information (unless previously submitted), are directed to other locations or received after the bid deadline will not be considered.
