On-Call Services Required for Project No. 2025-416: On-Call Campus Hazardous Materials & Environmental Site Assessment for, the Department of Social and Health Services Medical Lake Campus (Eastern State Hospital, Lakeland Village and Pine Lodge) in Medical Lake, Washington.

Informational Meetings: There is an informational meeting (via Teams) scheduled for May 29, 2025 at 10:00 AM PT. Please see the RFQ for additional information.

Refer to the DES Bonfire Hub for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments.

To qualify for review, submittals are required to be uploaded to, and date/time stamped by FPS (Bonfire) prior to 2:00 PM PT on June 12, 2025.
