The King County Housing Authority is accepting proposals from qualified, licensed paving companies to provide services at King County H.A. Properties on an as needed basis.  The contractor is expected to provide the necessary tools, equipment, material, labor, and other resources to repair, replace, and install necessary concrete and asphalt related products for residential apartment building, multi-family, single-family, and commercial space throughout King County, as well as in Sedro Woolley and Olympia as needed.
