Lakehaven Water and Sewer District is soliciting proposals for parking lot cleaning services commencing July 2025 and continuing through June 30, 2028, with optional annual renewals through June 30, 2031.  These services are subject to payment of prevailing wage and Contractors must meet the mandatory bidder responsibility criteria of RCW 39.04.350(1).  Washington state sales tax shall apply at the rate of 10.2%.
