Project Description:
n general, the scope includes construction of one-story, 4,068 SF Maintenance Facility with offices space and workshops, carports for seasonal equipment and vehicles, accessory site structures and unconditioned shed for storage needs on an existing developed site. Construction is of a concrete foundation, slab on grade, wood structure supplemented by steel columns, with envelope that consist of metal panels and metal roofs. Project includes complete Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Communication, Fire Alarm, and Security (in conjunction with Campus Security). Project includes full site redevelopment of approximately 0.86 acres and includes modification of an adjacent parking area.
