The Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs (WDVA) is soliciting quotations for qualified contractors to construct a 30’ wide x 40’ long x 14’ tall pole barn intended for use as a maintenance building at the Walla Walla Veterans Home (WWVH) located in Walla Walla County, Washington as described in the Scope of Work found in ‘Attachment A’. The Walla Walla Veterans Home (WWVH) is an 80-bed skilled nursing care facility that serves Washington State veterans and their families.

The project requires the furnishing of all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, permits and personnel to perform all necessary labor for the successful completion of all work as described in ‘Attachment A’.

The successful proposal/quote will demonstrate knowledge and experience in pole barn construction, plumbing and electrical; as well as provide evidence of all necessary licenses and insurance to perform necessary work.
