The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission (State Parks) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide trail grooming services of approximately 162.9 miles of designated snowmobile trails lying within the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest in Okanogan County and Chelan County, Washington State.
