The purpose of this project is to mitigate per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) desorption from piping materials within the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport's surface water drainage system conveyance historically exposed to episodic releases of aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) and to demonstrate technologies capabilities for the removal of PFAS from Industrial Wastewater System flow prior to discharge. More Information
