The Washington Military Department intends to establish and award a contract for Internet Service across Washington State with a contract term of 60 months. Bids shall have a 36-month renewal option.

Overview:

This project will be a design build and cover the items listed in this statement of work for Internet Service and equipment. The Service Description defines services the contractor will deliver during this engagement. The service term will be a period of 60 months with the option to renew for an additional 36 months. Each parties’ responsibilities are defined to provide a clear understanding of the scope of services the Contractor will perform. The Contractor will strive to meet WMD’s schedule requirements; however, actual project dates may be subject to availability of materials, resources and the Washington Army National Guard’s (WAARNG) / WMD facility access. The WAARNG is an Emergency Management entity and may be called upon to activate during an emergency, which may impact the project timeline.
