INVITATION FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by Thurston PUD (District), located at 1230 Ruddell Rd. SE, Lacey, WA 98503 until 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 3, 2025, for the general contract for the Lazy Acres 351 PFAS Remediation Project as described in the scope of work.
Contractors may obtain the contract documents by requesting them from the District at doug.piehl@thurstonpud.org at no cost.
Rejection of Bids: The District shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
All applicants must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number to submit a bid, including subs.

This project is funded through the Washington State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program with federal funds from the Environmental Protection Agency. DWSRF requirements and provisions must be met by Washington State licensed general contractors and all subcontractors.
Optional Pre-bid conferences will be held at 10 am on Tuesday August 19, 2025. Location will be the 6711 Lazy St SW, Tax Parcel No. 58720000501. Representatives of Thurston PUD will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference.
