The Pullman Regional Hospital Expansion project includes renovations to roughly 31,250 SF in the existing 80,820 SF building, with 800 SF of addition to the Emergency Department at 835 SE Bishop Boulevard, Pullman, WA 99163. The building – designed by Design West Architects – will add 1 new Operating Room, fit out New Lab Space, expand the Emergency Department and relocate Clean Sterile Services. Bouten Construction has been awarded this project to serve as the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) and the project will be procured in accordance with RCW CM/GC statutes.

Bid Schedule. As of July 2025 all Bid Package Invitations to Bid are set to be available August 20, 2025, to be due and opened on September 15, 2025. Please note that the Plumbing, Mechanical & Electrical scopes have been previously awarded.

Advertisement & Announcements. Advertisement of specific Bid Packages and their respective bid dates will be published in the Moscow-Pullman Daily News prior to issuance of the Invitation to Bid date.

Performance & Payment Bonds. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond may be required for contracts valued at $300,000.00 or greater. Each bond must cover 100% of the contracted value and be executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Washington. The surety must have a current A.M. Best & Company rating of A-VIII or be otherwise approved by Bouten Construction.
