Pacific Civil & Infrastructure, Inc. (“PCI”) is seeking proposals from qualified and certified DBE/MBE/WBE and Veteran Owned Contracting, Supplier and Equipment firms for various scopes of work including Surveying, Concrete Reinforcement, Concrete Flatwork, Masonry, Metal Roofing, Drywall, Thermal and Acoustical Insulation, Painting, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Asphalt Paving, Trucking & Aggregates, Landscaping, Irrigation, Erosion Control, Framing, Cabinetry, Flooring, Clearing & Grubbing, Signing and Fencing.

The Project’s Scope of Work as described within the Contract Documents.

Project includes a welcome center building and utilities and a one way road loop that services it. Also includes a new, multi-use trail with a raised overlook.
