Customer Support Center Services
The Washington Health Benefit Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the "Exchange") is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified Vendors to deliver comprehensive Customer Support Center services. The selected Vendor will be responsible for providing high-quality, responsive, and accurate support to individuals navigating the Washington Healthplanfinder (HPF) platform (www.wahealthplanfinder.com), answering questions about health program eligibility and enrollment, and providing other customer service functions as described in this RFP.
The Vendor will provide customer support through multiple Communication Channels and integrate advanced technology to improve efficiency, reduce response times, and enhance Customer experience. The selected Vendor will also partner and evolve with the Exchange to continue enhancing technology solutions and provide continuous quality to Customers.
