The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Building and Grounds Division is seeking qualified bidders to provide as-needed minor roof repair and routine preventative maintenance services for government buildings, some of which are historical structures, located throughout the following Washington State Regions: Central West, Northwest, South West and South Central. The repairs maintenance must be completed in accordance with industry standards, local building codes, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) best practices for fall restraint protection safety standards. RCW 39.12 prevailing wage applies to this solicitation.
