The Washington State (WSP) is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW 39.26.  Pursuant to this Competitive Solicitation, WSP intends to conduct a competitive procurement to award a Purchase Order/Agency Contract for WSP to secure QIAcards with FTA Indicating Technology.
