The City of Enumclaw is soliciting non-sealed bids for the above-referenced project.  The project includes installing bracing and cutting an opening through an 8” prestressed hollow core concrete roof panel situated above a pressure tank in the room below and other work so that the bladder inside the tank can be replaced.  Replacing the bladder is not a part of the project.  The project is located at the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) at 451 Semanski St S.

A non-mandatory prebid meeting will be held on Thursday, November 6, from 1 pm to 2 pm at the WWTP at 451 Semanski St S for bidders to view the site.  Bids are to be submitted to swoodbury@ci.enumclaw.wa.us no later than 4 pm Thursday November 13, 2025.  The work is to start after Jan 1 2026 and be completed by the end of March 2026.  No bid or performance bond is required.  The estimated cost is less than $20,000
