Title III Grant and Program Evaluation
Shoreline Community College seeks proposals for a combined evaluation of our AANAPISI and SIP Title III grants and programs. These grants both entered year 5 of a 5-year cycle on October 1, 2025. Review of bids will begin immediately and continue until filled.
Proposals should provide the following information:

Name(s) of principal investigator and qualifications

Estimated budget not to exceed $15,000 per grant or $30,000 total

Estimated hours of work with hourly rate

Timeline for completion
Expectations
-
Commence work as early as November 16, 2025

In-person campus visit(s) to meet with relevant stakeholders

Research of relevant documentation (e.g. grant narrative, budget, APRs, and prior external evaluations)
-
Knowledge of best practices for management and execution of Title III grants
-
Compliance with all regulations for Washington state contractors
Deliverables:

Written report for each grant with special attention to recommendations for institutionalization

Follow-up meeting with campus stakeholders after submission of draft report
-
Updated report or addendum based on follow-up meeting
