Title III Grant and Program Evaluation 

Shoreline Community College seeks proposals for a combined evaluation of our AANAPISI and SIP Title III grants and programs. These grants both entered year 5 of a 5-year cycle on October 1, 2025.  Review of bids will begin immediately and continue until filled.

Proposals should provide the following information: 

  1. Name(s) of principal investigator and qualifications 

  1. Estimated budget not to exceed $15,000 per grant or $30,000 total 

  1. Estimated hours of work with hourly rate 

  1. Timeline for completion 

 

Expectations  

  1. Commence work as early as November 16, 2025 

  1. In-person campus visit(s) to meet with relevant stakeholders 

  1. Research of relevant documentation (e.g. grant narrative, budget, APRs, and prior external evaluations) 

  1. Knowledge of best practices for management and execution of Title III grants 

  1. Compliance with all regulations for Washington state contractors 

 

Deliverables: 

  1. Written report for each grant with special attention to recommendations for institutionalization 

  1. Follow-up meeting with campus stakeholders after submission of draft report 

  1. Updated report or addendum based on follow-up meeting
