Description of Work – This project includes tenant improvements to the existing Seattle Public Utilities offices on floors 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, and 50. The work is approximately 140,874 sf and includes demolition, structural reinforcement, construction of new wall, installation of doors, glazing and frames, built-in casework, ceiling revisions, sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm revisions, finish work, and coordination with owner furnished and installed equipment (furniture systems, IT, cabling, AV systems, security systems, signage, etc.) per plans

Subcontractor/supplier opportunities include (but not limited to): Division 02, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 15, & 16.
This project has prevailing wage rate requirements.
