Project description: This Project includes biosolids removal, demolition of two existing wastewater lagoons, construction of two new wastewater lagoons, HDPE liners, aeration piping and diffusers, transfer structures, liquid chlorine mixing equipment, and piping at the Elk River Water Resource Recovery Facility.

Areas of work include: HDPE Lining Systems, Nonwoven Geotextile, Precast Concrete Structures and Manholes, Piping and appurtenances, Valves, Electrical, etc.
