Architectural, Engineering & Surveyors Roster

In accordance with RCW 39.80, the City of Ocean Shores is generally announcing its projected requirements for certain architectural, engineering and surveying services for the 2026 calendar year.  For any particular project, the consultants to be considered will be selected from the Architectural, Engineering & Surveying Roster of consultants or from responses to advertisements for consultants for the project.  All applications will be kept on file for one year and tossed.  Interested firms should submit two (2) copies of their general statement of qualifications that includes the following information:

1. Professional Service Roster Application
2. General Statement of Qualifications that includes the following information:

-  Cover Letter.

-  The disciplines or fields of expertise.

    -  A list of current and completed projects (within the past five years).

   -  A brief history of the firm/individual and resumes of principals.
