Description of Work:                North Thurston Public Schools is accepting qualifications from potential GC/CM firms to partner in the construction of the new Timberline High School CTE Annex project.

 

                                                Briefly and without force and effect, the Work can be summarized as:

1. On-site improvements to support the new facility including utilities
2. Construction (approximately 5,000sf-6,000 sf) of new construction

 

Pre-Submittal Meeting:            A pre-submittal informational meeting will be held on February 9th, 2026 at 2:30 P.M. at the project site at 6120 Mullen Rd SE , Lacey, WA 98503.  All firms intending to submit, as well as any interested party are strongly encouraged to attend and identify themselves and their company on the sign-in sheet.

 

Submittals Due:                       Statements of Qualifications will be received up to 2:00 P.M. February 17, 2026 at the North Thurston Public Schools Service Cener – Construction & Design at 6620 Carpenter Rd SE, Lacey, WA 98503. Submittals received after the date and time stated above may not receive consideration.

 

Submittal Opening:                  Submittals will not be publicly opened.  Proposers will be notified in accordance with the full RFQ.

 

 

RFQ Documents:                      RFQ Documents for the project may be obtained, on or about January 27th, 2026, from ARC Document Solutions- Tacoma, WA.

 

Electronic copies of the RFQ Documents , including any future addenda, may be obtained via download from ARC’s Public Planroom.  Visit https://www.e-arc.com/location/tacoma/ and select “Enter Public Planroom” from the menus near the bottom of the page.

 

Printed copies of the RFQ Documents are available directly from ARC for the cost of printing.  Documents may be shipped with shipping purchased directly from ARC.

 

A plan holder’s list is also available.  All proposers are strongly encouraged to sign up for the plan holder’s list.  To be added to the plan holder’s list, send an email to tacoma.bidservices@e-arc.com.
