Kitsap Transit has recently opened a contract opportunity KT 26-021 – Port Orchard Intermodal Terminal (POIT) Scope of Work. 

KT #26-021 – POIT SOW

Kitsap Transit is seeking is requesting proposals for qualified consultants to develop a professionally written, clear, well-defined Scope of Work (SOW) for future Preliminary Engineering (PE), Design, and NEPA phases for the POIT. The intent of this effort is to ensure that the future PE & Design procurement is informed by operational needs, regulatory constraints, and known site limitations, and is structured to minimize risk, scope changes, and redesign.

Final questions regarding this project are due at 5:00PM February 11th, 2026

Bids will be due by 2:00PM February 20th, 2026
